DMCA Notice Procedure:
Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are involved, a representative list of such works.
Identify the material on the Badilweb website that you claim is infringing the copyrighted work. Provide enough information to enable us to locate the material, including the URL of the page on which the infringing material appears.
Provide your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

Include a statement that the information in the DMCA notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Provide your electronic or physical signature.
Once we receive a DMCA notice that meets the above requirements, we will take the necessary actions as required by the DMCA, which may include removing the infringing material or disabling access to it.
DMCA Counter-Notification Procedure:
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to Badilweb. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our designated DMCA agent that includes the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which you are located (or if you are outside the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Badilweb may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
